Registration Prices & Policies
Registrations are confirmed with either a credit card payment or a check by mail. Choosing the pay at the door option does not guarantee a confirmed registration. If a class is full you can opt to be on the waitlist. In every case, you will receive an email confirmation after you have signed up for the class.
A participant may withdraw from a class at any time, but a $50 cancellation fee is charged to cover bank and credit card service fees. If you opt to keep a credit with CBPCA for a future HERS class, or if you simply need to switch to a different HERS class, there will be no cancellation fee. Please contact Allison Miller at 530-575-7835 if you wish to change or cancel your registration.
If CPBCA cancels the class for any reason, you will receive notification of the cancellation and a full refund automatically.

You must pay in advance for a class even if you qualify for tuition reimbursement through ETP or other programs.
In some cases, there will be discounts given – those individuals will receive a promotion code to use upon registering.
